My name is Darrin K. Bryant. I am a student a graduate student enrolled in the N.I.T.E. program at
Cambridge College. I’m pursuing a masters degree in
educational leadership. I’m originally from Tuskegee, Alabama. I received my B.S. in Physical Education
from Alabama State University, located in Montgomery, Alabama.
While at Alabama State University, I was a member of the Fighting Hornet Football Team.
I am a member of the great, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.
As an educator, I have
taught physical education and health education in the state of Alabama for five years. I taught on all
three levels (elementary, middle, and high). During my stay in Alabama, I coached high school
football, high school and middle school track, and high school and middle school basketball.
I’ve recently entered my forth year in the Dekalb County School
System as a health and physical education teacher. I’m presently the head middle school
football, and girls track coach at
Miller Grove Middle School, located in Decatur, GA.
My future plans are to possibly pursue a specialist and/or doctoral degree, and become an
assistant principal, principal, then area director.
